Ratsar was once an ettin, a two-headed giant. His capture and brutal torture from a mad alchemist transformed him into a twisted were-creature abomination. Released in battle, Ratsar proved to be a huge failure, left for dead from his would-be killers and his creator. The Guide discovered Ratsar's beaten and battered form, and nursed the creature back to health. The big brute serves The Howling Evermoon as a monstrous protector, completely loyal to the people who feed him and give him a home.
